To achieve this objective Morgan Stanley sponsors a variety of scholarships and internships for women and minorities, including the following:

Morgan Stanley Richard B. Fisher Scholars Program

This program provides outstanding students of Black and Hispanic descent, who have been historically underrepresented as employees in the financial services industry, with a two-year academic scholarship and a paid internship in our Institutional Securities and Infrastructure divisions the summer prior to graduation.

Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO)

This program provides talented undergraduate students of color nationwide with the opportunity to explore rewarding careers in some of the most competitive business areas including Asset Management, Investment Banking, Finance and Technology.

On an annual basis, we support, sponsor and participate in over 50 recruiting events targeting women and minorities.
